Buying Influenza Vaccinations For 395,000 Dinars

The Central Tenders Agency approved the Ministry of Health’s request to directly contract with a local company to buy quadruple influenza vaccinations for the needs of all departments in health centers and hospitals, for an amount of one million and 290 thousand dollars, equivalent to more than 395 thousand dinars, according to Article 18 of Law 49 For the year 2016 of the Tenders Law regarding the offering and awarding of practices through direct contracts.
