Bail Released For Doctor Charged With Faking Sick Leave

A doctor who was detained in the Central Prison for falsifying a sick leave for a Kuwaiti woman was released on bail after the Criminal Court ordered KD 500 bail. When questioned by the court, he denied committing forgery or knowing anything about the Kuwaiti woman. He explained “I am a doctor in a clinic where we work on a shift basis from time to time. This means I am not fixed in a specific clinic. For the first time in my life, I have been charged with a crime."
