Among Land Buyers In Turkey, Kuwaitis Rank Second

According to Turkish economic data, Kuwaitis ranked second among Arab buyers of real estate in Turkey over the last seven years. According to recent figures from the Turkish Statistical Institute, Kuwaitis purchased 8,442 properties between 2015 and mid-2022, ranking second among Arab real estate buyers in Turkey.

Between September 2018 and September 2022, 74,233 properties were sold to people from 10 Arab countries. Over the last seven years, Iraq ranked first in terms of foreign and Arab property buyers in Turkey with 36,391. According to the report, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya, Qatar and Sudan ranked in that order, respectively.
