Allowing Violators To Leave Without Paying Fines

09 March 2022 Crime News

In a proposal submitted to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, the Residence Affairs Department proposes to allow violators of employment and residence laws to withdraw from the country without having to pay fines.

This proposal includes a clause which states the Ministry has been asked to grant a grace period to residents of this category so they can pay their dues.

Considering the number of violators, which exceeded 150,000, it seems likely that the proposal will be approved.
