Al-ahmadiah Wins Messila Beach-related Project

The Tourism Enterprises Company has picked Al-Ahmadiah Contracting and Trading Company to complete the primary works package for the new Messilah Beach project, which is expected to cost 14 million dinars ($46 million).

According to Al-Qabas, the contract involves the building of 9,500 square meters of restaurants, swimming, and recreation areas, running and landscaping trails, and 450 parking places, according to MEED magazine.

According to the regional project tracker Med Projects, the new Messilah Beach development is anticipated to be finished in 2023.

To make place for the new area, all existing facilities, green areas, and infrastructure on Messilah Beach were reportedly dismantled.
