After Ramadan, 950 Traffic Violations Were Recorded In 3 Hours

After Ramadan, traffic safety campaigns resumed in Ardiya Industrial Area, where motorists were issued tickets for numerous traffic violations.

Major General Jamal Al-Sayegh, who is the Assistant Undersecretary for the Traffic Sector at the Ministry of Interior, attended and supervised the campaign held by Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas as an under secretary. Within 3 hours, a number of serious violations were registered.

In total, around 950 direct violations were recorded during the campaign, including expired driving licenses, expired vehicle registration, shading windows and noise complaints.

We have referred six juveniles to the Juvenile Prosecution during the campaign.

Driving vehicles without a license led to three expatriates being arrested.
