97 Motorbikes Impounded

The Ministry of Interior has denied granting approval for the renewal of ‘Bedoun’ driving license after expiration of their security cards.

This follows recent information circulated about the ministry giving the green-light to renew driving license for Bedoun without the valid security card.

Ministry of Interior launched a campaign against violators of the motorbike delivery regulations of restaurants resulting in the issuance of 109 citations for various violations. The officers also impounded 97 motorbikes and referred violators to concerned authorities legal action. The campaign is expected to continue across the country over an indeterminate period.
