776 Expatriates Deported, 69 Driving Licenses Revoked

In a report issued by the security sectors, it shows that 69 driving licenses have been revoked between October 22-28, after the General Traffic Department inspected 18,991 licenses.

Also included in the weekly statistic were 773 cases of drug and alcohol abuse and possession referred to the General Administration for Drug Control by the Public Security Sector, as well as 11 criminal suspects, 57 abscondings and 77 violators of the residence law during 644 checkpoints, and 1,014 traffic accidents.

776 expatriates were deported - 367 men and 409 women - for various types of violations, according to the General Administration of Correctional Institutions.
