The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced plans for a total of 38 flights dedicated to transporting pilgrims back to sacred sites in Saudi Arabia. Scheduled to commence from Wednesday and continue for three days, this organized effort aims to facilitate the return of pilgrims. Acting Deputy Director General Abdullah Al-Rajhi disclosed that the first flight, operated by Flynas (formerly Nas) Airlines, will kickstart the initiative, with the final flight conducted by Saudia on June 21.
These flights, involving both Kuwaiti and Saudi Airways, are expected to repatriate up to 8,000 pilgrims, ensuring their safe return to the sacred sites.
