3 Indians Arrested

Policemen from Farwaniya Security Command arrested three Indian men for trading in alcohol with 60 bottles of local alcoholic drinks in their possession. While patrolling around the governorate, the officers noticed the vehicle transporting the suspects so they stopped it and demanded for the identification documents of the driver and his two companions — all Indians — who appeared tensed. This prompted the officers to conduct a thorough search, resulting in the discovery of the contraband. During investigation, the trio admitted they were on their way to deliver the alcoholic drinks to their clients. They were then referred to the relevant security department for legal measures.
