Acting on information police rushed to a commercial mall in Fahaheel and seized a young man who is allegedly suffering from mental problems, reports Al-Shahed daily. The suspect was armed with a toy gun and caused panic among the shoppers. The youth has been referred to the Psychological Medicine Hospital
