Unknown Individual Attacked A Pakistani Expat And Robbed Him

An unknown individual attacked a Pakistani expatriate and robbed him of KD 220 in Qasr area. According to security sources, the victim went to the nearest police station with a medical report. He explained to securitymen that he was walking on the pedestrian bridge in Qasr area when an unknown individual approached him, punched him on his nose, and hit him several times until he fell on the ground. The suspect then pulled out a knife and threatened to “butcher” him if he did not give him all the money in his possession. The suspect was given KD 220 after which he fl ed from the location. Investigations have been launched to find and arrest the suspect.
