Ungrateful Son Dragged His Mother To Court In Order To Get Her To Leave The House

In a case that has kept social media busy, a Kuwaiti court came to the rescue of an elderly woman whose only child ordered her out of her own house because he wanted to sell it. The court has suspended the sale of the house for five years.

The ungrateful son had dragged his mother to court in order to get her to leave the house. The elderly woman was seen crying during the court sessions, pleading the judge by saying, “Please make my son wait until death takes me”.

According to judicial sources, it was very painful to see the elderly mother beg the court not to sell her house as her son wanted to take her to the elderly home, and say he should wait until she dies.

Before issuing a verdict, the judge told her son, “This is your mother. What goes around comes around”. Commenting on the case, lawyers said the son has the legal right to sell the house but mercy played a bigger part in the case than the law.
