His contributions to PARAM Padma, India's first supercomputer to be ranked on a worldwide list, highlighted his expertise in developing algorithms for processing massive data in industries such as Oil & Gas and space applications with utmost precision.

During the late 1990s, Dheeraj seized opportunities to work on prestigious projects in the United States, including a NASA project and the Grid Computing system for ATLAS, a Large Hadron Collider (LHC) experiment at CERN, which is now recognized as cloud computing.

Despite receiving accolades such as the "Young Scientist Awards" from the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and being featured among 'India Today’s Top 50 young guns who represent the changing face of India,' Dheeraj's passion for digital transformation continued to soar.

Realizing the significance of commercial viability in technological ventures, Dheeraj pursued an MBA from Imperial College, London, merging his technical prowess with business management acumen.
