The Second Contract Of The South Mutla City Project Will Be Signed On March

Minster of State for Housing Affairs Yasser Abel said on Saturday the second contract of the South Mutla City project will be signed on March as scheduled.

In a statement to reporters on the sidelines of a tour in South Mutla City project, Abel said that Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) is studying all bids submitted by companies to announce the winner of the project.

Abel underlined the importance of the second contract that it includes the infrastructure of 18,519 units in eight suburbs, adding that the term of the contract is 24 months.

Meanwhile, PAHW Director General Bader Al-Woqyan said the first contract was terminated due to the company's failure to meet its terms and conditions.
He added that the international advisor's contract was also cancelled, and a fresh relevant plan was set out.
