The First Lawsuit Demanding An End To The Partial Curfew

The Administrative Court has received the first urgent lawsuit calling for the suspension of the government’s decision to implement the partial curfew, Al Qabas reported

The partial curfew starts today from 5 pm to 5 am. Informed sources told the daily that the court has set the tenth circuit to hear this case, and will set the date set for its consideration within the next few hours.

Lawyer Adel Al-Abd al-Hadi, the complainant, said that due to the ineffectiveness of the decision and losses that are ought to happen, he demands that the decision to implement partial curfew be halted until the merits are decided.
