The Elderly Man Was Not Insulted By Me
In a recent incident, a 24-year-old woman has vehemently denied allegations leveled against her by a 50-year-old man, claiming that she insulted him while driving, reports Al-Anba daily. The woman refuted the accusation, stating that she did not utter any insults towards the plaintiff. She explained that she was engaged in a phone conversation at the time, and the plaintiff may have misinterpreted her words as directed at him.
Despite the woman’s denial, the plaintiff maintains his accusations against her. Following investigations, it was determined that both parties are sticking to their respective statements. Consequently, the case has been referred to the appropriate jurisdiction for further resolution. The plaintiff, a Gulf national born in 1971, reported the incident, alleging that the woman, driving a Japanese car, insulted him while attempting to overtake his vehicle on Tunis Street. Subsequently, the woman was identified based on the provided car plate number. She was interrogated by the Maidan Hawalli detectives, where she reiterated her denial of the accusations against her.
