Shops In Mubarakiya And Shuwaikh Are Closed By Fire Brigade

General Department of Fire Brigade closed some shops and popular markets in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area and Mubarakiya Markets on Tuesday morning after they were warned earlier to comply with fire department rules and regulations.

According to a local Arabic daily, the inspection teams closed 3 shops in the Mubarakiya markets, two popular markets and a basement used for storage of sanitary ware in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area.

Several violations occurred during the activity, such as some practicing without acquiring a license from the fire department, not complying with fire safety and prevention regulations, and storing some materials in poor conditions in violation of the Prevention Law.
