Sahel App Adds 2 New Services
Al-Jarida daily reports that Dr. Rana Al-Faris, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Communications and Information Technology, said the Sahel app has gained the trust of 584,666 users.
The application was used to perform 1,736,656 services during the period mentioned, according to Al-Faris. The number of government agencies participating in the application has increased from 12 to 23 since September 15, when the application launched with 123 services. Now, there are 220 services in the application.
The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior announced that in order to provide citizens and residents with convenience, and complement existing automated services, two new and exclusive services have been added to the Sahel application, in consultation with Residence Affairs Sector, reports Al-Jarida daily. Fees for family members joining their spouses can be paid as well as additional domestic labor fees can be paid. Sponsors can now pay these fees through Sahel easily.
