A real estate auction held yesterday at the Four Seasons Hotel saw the sale of four residential plots located in the Yarmouk area for a total of 3.96 million dinars. The plots were sold at their initial asking price, with no significant increase in value.
The auction, which was organized by the Inmaa Real Estate Company, offered 11 plots of land in total, located in the Yarmouk, Zahra, and Hatteen areas. Only four of the plots, all located in Yarmouk, were sold.
One plot, measuring 1,013 square meters and overlooking two streets, was sold for 1.09 million dinars. Three other plots, each measuring 920 square meters, were sold for 957,000 dinars each.
The total initial asking price for the unsold plots was 5.18 million dinars. The plots vary in size and location.
The auction was held in execution of penal ruling No. 1499 issued in 2008 by the Public Funds Prosecution Office. It was supervised by the Public Prosecution Office.
