Ramadan Inspection Campaign Uncovered 10 Violations

18 March 2024 Crime News

During the month of Ramadan, the supervisory team from the municipality ( Capital Governorate) conducted an extensive inspection campaign targeting advertisement lists and stores. This effort led to the issuance of 10 violations, covering various violations such as failure to renew advertisements, displaying unauthorized activities, or adding new advertisements without proper licensing.

Additionally, violations included unauthorized use of public spaces and squares, as well as non-compliance with municipality-issued licenses, and employing workers without health certificates. These inspection campaigns, routinely conducted by municipal departments across the country’s governorates, aim to scrutinize shop licenses and advertisements, enforce regulatory measures against violators, and ensure adherence to established rules and regulations. The intense field inspections also serve to identify violators and initiate appropriate legal actions against them.
