Paci To Not Receive Any Appointments For Tasks That Can Be Completed Online
The Council of Ministers and the Civil Service Bureau issued circular No. 4 of 2021 which instructs government agencies to reduce the number of employees working at a specific time and function at 30% capacity.
The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced its commitment to this decision and said that PACI will receive any transaction in person if it can be completed online through the authority’s website www.pack.gov.kw, Al-Rai reported.
This decision aims at reducing the number of appointments concerning the work capacity, and no transaction will be received without an appointment. The dates for receiving transactions that are not completed through the website and by booking an appointment in advance will be in the main building south of the navel from 9 am to 1 pm for Kuwaitis and from 2 pm until 5:30 pm for arrivals
For Al-Jahra branch the working hours is from 9 am to 1 pm.
Ready cards will be delivered in the main building from 8 am to 8 pm, and in the Jahra and Ahmadi branches from 9 am to 5 pm.
The authority called on everyone to adhere to the decisions and health requirements and to diverge, to ensure the safety of auditors and employees of the authority.
