Over 2,000 Seek Compensation

A total of 2,112 citizens and expatriates have filed for compensation based on damages they incurred as a result of the recent heavy rains, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The daily quoting Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, the State Minister for Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh, pointed out that a large crowd was witnessed on the last day of receiving requests, and that Government is keen on paying compensation to citizens and expatriates as per damages they incurred during the heavy rains
