On Sunday, Kuwaiti Mosques Will Hold Absentee Funeral Prayers

In mourning for the late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs requested the imams (prayer leaders) of all mosques to observe absentee funeral prayers after the Sunday noon prayers.

Kuwait's Ministry of Interior expressed sincere condolences to Kuwait's leadership, the government, and the people following the passing on Saturday of Amir Sheikh Nawaf.

His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expressed best wishes for Amir Sheikh Nawaf's soul to be lodged in Paradise by Allah, the Almighty.
