No Obstacles For Winter Travel Schedule

Director-General of Civil Aviation Administration Yousef Al-Fawzan said there is no change in the operation of flights at Kuwait International Airport in light of the spread of the ‘Omicron’ mutant.

Al-Fawzan told Al-Jarida” the “Civil Aviation” has not received any new instructions about the countries where ‘Omicron’ is spreading and stressed there is no change or obstacles to the winter travel schedule to travel to and from countries of the world, except countries covered by the commercial ban which was announced after spread of the mutant.

He said Kuwait applies all the health protocols just like the other countries of the world to protect themselves from the virus stressing strict health procedures have been applied for the safety of everyone.

He pointed out that each country has imposed certain health protocols given the rush for travel especially during the New Year period
