Moi Urges Vigilance On Roads Due To Low Visibility

The Ministry of Interior on Wednesday called on motorists to be cautious and vigilant as visibility had decreased sharply in several areas across Kuwait. In a press statement, the ministry advised the public to call (112) in case of emergency.
