Moi Services Back Online After Two Hours Outage
According to Al-Rai media, they are working on alternatives and radical measures to ensure that citizens' and residents' interests aren't jeopardized - A report on the malfunction and if it was an effective action will be given to the security leaders.
According to reliable security sources, the Ministry of Interior system was restored following a two-hour outage that caused chaos, particularly at Kuwait Airport and the land ports of Salmi and Nuwaiseeb. Because the problem happened late yesterday, the remainder of the administration was not affected.
According to Al-Rai, the Ministry of the Interior is investigating the causes and solutions for the disruption of its networks, especially since only 7 days have passed since the previous failure. A meeting will be held for a number of relevant concerned authorities to discuss the frequent faults and malfunctions in the information systems and find other alternatives in the event the system malfunctions until it does not disrupt the workflow.
She added that a report on the reasons for the continued malfunctions, as well as whether it was an active act or a weakness in networks and systems, will be prepared and submitted to security leaders, noting that work is underway in coordination with technicians and engineers to ensure and protect the networks used by automated systems and computer devices in information systems and connecting it to all of the Ministry of Interior's sectors and departments.
