Man Held Over Kd 0.5m Fraud Case
A wanted Kuwaiti citizen who is involved in 14 cases and was sentenced to two-year imprisonment for financial fraud of half million dinars was arrested in Ahmadi. According to security sources, Ahmadi securitymen were patrolling the area when they suspected the vehicle and ordered the driver to pull over.
When they asked for his identification documents, he said he did not have any. However, they managed to retrieve his details and discovered that he is a Kuwaiti citizen who is wanted by law for several cases and was sentenced to imprisonment for one of them. He was arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
