Malls In Kuwait Close In Honor Of Late Amir Sheikh Nawaf
A gesture of collective mourning has caused commercial complexes across Kuwait to close their doors starting today, Saturday, and continuing until the day after tomorrow. The solemn decision was made in memory of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God Almighty rest his soul in peace.
In this time of sorrow, various commercial complexes have posted statements on social media expressing condolences and solidarity. The administrations have communicated that regular business operations will resume from next Tuesday onward.
It is with great regret that Kuwait mourns the loss of its esteemed leader, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and rallies citizens, businesses, and organizations alike to honor his memory. Commercial activities will pause during this mourning period, aligning with a shared sense of loss felt by the nation.
