Lowest Bidder Sues Kuwait Petroleum Corporation

Well-informed oil sources said one of the insurance companies have filed a lawsuit against the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) for failing to approve its bid in spite of the fact that its price was the lowest, reports Al- Qabas daily. The company sources said the KPC approved the second lowest and the lowest bidder resorted to the judiciary saying the tender is renewed annually and the value of the bid was KD 25 million.
