Kuwait Visit Visa For Gcc Residents Through E-visa
Are you a resident of a GCC country planning a trip to Kuwait? Applying for your Kuwait e-Visa is more convenient than you think. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to apply for a Kuwait visit visa through the official Kuwait e Visa website [https://evisa.moi.gov.kw/evisa/home_e.do].
Eligibility for Kuwait e-Visa
GCC residents, who currently reside in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, or Oman, can apply for a Kuwait e-Visa. One key requirement for this process is the validity of your GCC residency, which should exceed six months at the time of your e-Visa application.
If you're applying for dependents such as your spouse, children, or domestic workers, you'll need to send a copy of your GCC residency with each application. It's essential to note that you, as the main applicant or sponsor, must accompany your dependents upon arrival in Kuwait.
Kuwait e-Visa Professions List
Not all professions are eligible for a Kuwait e-Visa. You need to hold a profession as per your GCC residency from the approved categories. These include consultants, doctors, engineers, lawyers, university teachers, and many more. Find a comprehensive list of eligible professions in our "Kuwait e-Visa Professions List" section on our website.
Kuwait e-Visa Fees and Validity
The Kuwait e-Visa fees could be around 3 Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) once your visa is issued. However, this fee is subject to your nationality and needs to be paid via credit card. One important factor to consider is the validity of your passport. To apply for the e-Visa, your passport should be valid for at least six months.
Kuwait e-Visa Regulations
A Kuwait tourist visa allows a single entry and is valid for a month from its issuance date. However, the duration of your stay can be a maximum of three months from the entry date. Please bear in mind that any discrepancy between your application form and original documents can lead to the invalidation of your e-Visa.
Applying for Kuwait e-Visa
Applications for the Kuwait e-Visa are processed during official working hours on weekdays, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday) in Kuwait and public holidays. The response time is typically within two working days, and you will receive an email notification regarding your application status.
For more details, please check the official Kuwait e-Visa website. Always be updated with the latest regulations for a smooth and hassle-free application process. Enjoy planning your trip to Kuwait!
Please note: Information is accurate as of today, but visa regulations can change. Always verify from the official website before making travel plans.
