Juvenile Prosecution Opens Probe In Fight Among Primary Class Students
A Juvenile Prosecutor has opened an investigation in which two brothers – students at the primary level were assaulted by their classmates – one of them who is in the third grade, and seven years old, was severely bitten, his shirt torn, and suffered injuries and dislocation of the left shoulder, reports Al- Anba daily.
In his complaint to the Andalus Police Station, the guardian of the student said he received a call from the school administration on the incident. The student’s guardian then went to the school to protest against what happened to his son and without going to the police station he took the son to a hospital to take the antiseptic injection.
He added, one of his son’s classmates helped his son to wrap his injured shoulder and at this time another student jumped on him and completely dislocated the shoulder.
The guardian was forced to take his son to Al-Razi hospital, who was crying and yelling in pain and underwent a surgery. The investigation papers reveal that the student’s guardian filed a complaint with the area school administration in which he said that he went to the school administration upset after his two sons were assaulted inside the school compound and accused the school administration for not entertaining his complaint.
