Iranian Navy Seizes ‘foreign Ship’ In The Gulf Waters

The Iranian media reported that the Iranian Navy has seized a ‘foreign ship’ in the Gulf waters that was smuggling diesel., Al Rai daily reported today

“We have detained a foreign ship carrying smuggled diesel,” Colonel Hajjian, commander of the 412th frigate Zulfiqar, said in the south of the city of Fars. He stated the ship’s 11 crew members have been detained for investigation.

He did not give details of the ship or the nationality of the crew and when the ship was detained.
