Indian Man Arrested In Possession Of Liquor In Khaitan Area

Officers attached to Farwaniya Security Command caught an Indian man in possession of liquor in Khaitan area, says Al-Seyasaah. The officers were patrolling the area to ensure security and safety when they noticed the suspect was trying to drive in the opposite traffic direction as an escape route. They chased and conducted a precautionary search inside his car and recovered the hidden liquor. The officers have since referred the suspect for prosecution. Meanwhile, security operatives from Hawalli Command apprehended a Bedoun wanted for evading two years jail term over theft and fraud.
