Implementation Of Family Fund Law Will Start On Nov 1, 2017

The Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs and Minister of Justice Dr Falah Al-Azab said that the implementation of the Family Fund Law will start on Nov 1, 2017, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily added, the fund will become effective two years after it was passed. The state has allocated KD 3 million to this fund to benefit those who are affected by the social circumstances.

The daily pointed the money will be made available based on the verdict given by the Family Court in issues such as alimony and other members of the family who may be the beneficiaries.

He said, the money will be given following the court verdict in coordination with Supreme Judiciary Council. And, the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has called on the media to check of the authenticity of the reports being published, reports Al- Anba daily.
