Houses Damaged As Magnitude-6.0 Quake Rocks Hits

A strong magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit the southern philippines at dawn on Wednesday, the quake, which struck at 5:21 a.m., has left at least 30 houses, 2 mosques, a national high school and the national highway with partial damages according to initial assessments. There were no immediate reports of serious casualties.
