H H The Amir Receives Pm, Approves New Cabinet Formation

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Dar Yamamah on Tuesday His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al- Hamad Al-Sabah who handed him the proposed names for the new cabinet formation. His Highness the Amir approved the formation and wished His Highness the Prime Minister the best in serving the people and residents of Kuwait. He hoped that the executive and legislative powers would cooperate for the sake of Kuwait’s development and welfare.

The list of the new cabinet is as follows
Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense

Ahmed Mansour Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior

Dr. Muhammad Abdul Latif Al-Faris as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy

Issa Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Kandari, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs

Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs

Dr. Rana Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al-Faris, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology

Dr. Ali Fahd Al-Mudhaf, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Counselor Jamal Hadil Salem Al-Jalawi as Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Integrity Affairs

Dr. Hamad Ahmed Rouh El-Din as Minister of Information and Culture

Dr. Khaled Mahwus Suleiman Al-Saeed as Minister of Health

Abdul Wahab Muhammad Al-Rasheed as Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment

Ali Hussein Ali Al-Mousa, Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Youth Affairs

Fahd Mutlaq Nassar Al-Shariaan, Minister of Commerce and Industry

Mubarak Zaid Al-Aro Al-Mutairi, Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development and Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development
