Fire Force Launches Munjed 2 Boat With State-of-the-art Technology

Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) inaugurated Thursday Munjed 2 boat, equipped with state-of-the-art firefighting technologies and navigation devices to aid in nautical search and rescue missions.

Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Sabah, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, sponsored the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Mekrad, the fire force chief.

In addition to strengthening its fleet, KFF is developing its mechanisms and equipment by acquiring a 26-meter-long and eight-meter-wide boat.

Several KFF and interior ministry officials attended the ceremony.
