Engine Running - Car Was Gone

In spite of cases of vehicle thefts which happens because motorists keep their vehicles in operation when they enter shopping centers or pharmacies to buy items, another such incident happened yesterday, Saad Al Abdullah District 4, reports Al-Anba daily.

The owner of the car left the car engine running and entered his house for a few minutes and when he came out the car was gone. The description of the vehicle and other details, have been circulated to all police outposts and a citation (five dinars fine) has been issued against the motorist. The Kuwaiti is said to have given police the CCTV footage showing the theft of the vehicle. The copy of the clip has been obtained by the daily
