Embezzler Who Pocketed Kd 60,000 From Cooperative Society Goes Free

Head of the Accounts Section of one cooperative society has been spared accountability due to the interference of some stakeholders despite he was proven to have embezzled KD 60,000 from the profits of shareholders.

This shows a growing corruption and slackness in the implementation of laws to punish corrupt individuals who embezzle public funds, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
