Dubai Police Seize 500 Kilos Of Cocaine

The Dubai police have confiscated 500 kilos of cocaine with a street value of 500 million dirhams ($136 million) said the Dubai Government’s media office.

In a statement, the office added, “An international gang was instrumental in helping the consignment reach Dubai with the help of a member of the gang of Middle Eastern origin who is living in Dubai, through one of the seaports hidden in a container with the aim of trafficking,” reports Al-Rai daily.

The man has been taken into custody.
