Driver In Fatal Hit An Indian Woman And Fled The Scene In Front Of Qairawan Area

A hit and run was committed by a young Citizen who hit an Indian woman and fled the scene in front of Qairawan area, The woman was taken to Al-Sabah hospital for a medical examination which concluded that she had serious injuries which led to her death, the man turned himself to the police station after three hours from the incident when occurred, when he was investigated about the reason for fleeing, he replied that he was confused and didn't know what to do then he went to inform his father about the incident, a legal action are being taken against him.
