Death Sentence For Ethiopian For Killing Indian Colleague

The Ethiopian lady who stabbed her Indian colleague to death has been sentenced to death by the Appeal Court

Last year, an argument between them over house chores led to the incident on the first day of Ramadan, according to a local Arabic daily.

A security guard recommended that police investigate the incident, so investigators and personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department rushed to the house after the incident was reported by the sponsor of the victim. The suspect was taken into custody, and a murder weapon was also seized.

She initially confessed that the incident happened due to a misunderstanding over the distribution of work in the kitchen between her and the victim.
