Fake Brigadier Summoned

Police have summoned an unidentified man for interrogation. The man claimed to be ‘brigadier’, insulting a Kuwaiti woman and hurling abuses at her in front of passersby and other motorists because of a traffic dispute, reports Al-Rai daily.
