Court Has Sentenced A Blogger To 3 Years Imprisonment For Defying Amiri Entity

The Misdemeanor Court has sentenced a blogger known as Sheikh Al-Jebrah to three years in prison with hard labor over a blog defying the right of His Highness the Amir, his authority and status.

Al-Jebrah allegedly posted libelous statements via his Twitter handle and the Public Prosecution Department charged him for defying the Amiri entity, indicating his blogs were tendered as concrete proof against him.
