Court Has Rejected The Appeal Filed By The Mosal Against The Lower Court’s Verdict

The Appeals Circuit in the Administrative Court has rejected the appeal filed by the Ministry of Social Affairs against the lower court’s verdict to reinstate the chairperson and members of the dissolved Kaifan Cooperative Society’s board of directors. The Administrative Court’s decision came despite the fact that the ruling of the lower court should be enforced immediately. Commenting on the verdict, former Board Chairperson of cooperative Faisal Al-Faraj said the ruling reinstated the board by the virtue of the law, so he called on the ministry to adhere to the judicial ruling which symbolized the integrity of the board.
