Court Acquits Defendants In US Army Vehicle, Radar And Special Batteries Theft Case

The Criminal Court has acquitted four defendants accused of stealing six US Army vehicles, a radar, special batteries from the shooting range, solar panels, and iron from the Al Adira Range area in northwest Kuwait. During the court proceedings, the defendants denied the charges and explained that they discovered these items at the Salmi scrapyard, believing them to be ordinary iron suitable for trading. They claimed ignorance of the fact that the items were military equipment. They intended to purchase the iron and sell it abroad by weight after pressing it.
