Citizen Was Arrested For Consuming And Possessing Drugs

A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in Hawally area for consuming and possessing drugs. He was driving down a road in Hawally when he attracted the attention of a patrol team, as he was in a disoriented state. When securitymen searched him, they found hashish in his possession.
