Case In Alleged Murder Attempt On Fadhalah Frozen

07 December 2018 Crime News

Lawyer (Dr) Khalid Al-Kafifah, counsel to the suspect in the alleged assassination attempt on Chairman of the Central System for Remedy of Status of Illegal Residents Saleh Al-Fadhalah, disclosed that the Department of Public Prosecution has decided to freeze the case against his client after investigators concluded his client is innocent and that the allegation lacks substance, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

In a statement, Al-Kafifah affirmed that freezing the case has ruled out any suspicion of crime by the defendant against the state’s internal security, noting the crime number has since been deleted and the case withheld administratively in the complaints’ register.

Dr Al-Kafifah said he’s being professional about the case and would never deal with it based on rumor that could jeopardize the interest of his client. He concluded that many people who used to attack Bedouns have turned back to attacking Al-Fadhalah now.
