Car Color Change Procedures Announced By Moi

According to the Ministry of the Interior, anyone who wishes to change the color of their car must visit the Technical Inspection Department to obtain initial approval and sign a promise to adhere to the new color. After getting this approval, they can visit the relevant workshops to change the color. Once the painting has been completed, they must visit the same section of the Technical Inspection Department again for approval of the new color.

Additionally, the authority warned that garages and workshops should not change the color of vehicles without getting the initial approval, and those who violate this will be fined up to 500 riyals.
